To make 6 quarts of thai tea:
- Boil 6 quarts of water, remove from heat once boiled
- Add 3lb of white sugar (may vary depending on your liking)
- Add 1 bag of thai tea leaves
- Stir well and cover, let it infuse for 6 hours
- Filter tea using thai tea strainer/filter
- Serve with ice
